All personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy standards to ensure your family's information remains secure and is only shared with relevant service providers for the execution of your travel plans.
3. Service-Specific Terms
Our planning services are provided at no cost to you, as we are compensated by our travel partners. Service-specific terms apply for Disney and Universal park bookings, including adherence to their specific cancellation policies and reservation systems. Users are responsible for providing accurate travel dates and passenger details for all Mexico and Caribbean all-inclusive bookings.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All travel itineraries, guides, and content provided by Drift Travel Collective are for personal use only. The reproduction or distribution of our custom travel designs without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Booking & Planning Terms
These Service-Specific Terms govern the travel planning and booking services provided by Drift Travel Collective. By engaging our services, you agree to these conditions in addition to our General Terms of Use.
1. Agency Responsibility
Drift Travel Collective acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.
2. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Drift Travel Collective is not liable for costs associated with cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions that could have been covered by an insurance policy. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure coverage meets family needs.
3. Disney & Universal Policies
Bookings for Disney and Universal theme park packages are subject to the specific terms set by those entities. This includes, but is not limited to, park reservation requirements, dining cancellation windows, and non-refundable deposit structures for special events.
4. Planning Fees & Cancellations
While our standard planning service is offered at no cost, complex itineraries may require a non-refundable professional research fee, which will be disclosed upfront. Cancellations of booked travel are subject to the individual supplier's policies plus any administrative fees incurred by the agency.
